I put it on my computer's side panel as a fresh air intake since it has 2 exhaust fans. [Power supply and Case fan are exhaust]
I noticed it got a little warm inside the case so I got this. I cut off the connector and saved it for future use as I couldn't use it at the moment. I have it on a power connector and it gets a constant 5v feed. Very quiet, efficient, and effective. Would buy more if I needed more.

Oh, I installed it using double-stick tape and stuck it on a vent on the panel. I have the flat spot on the fan stuck right next to the vent so it looks very neat. My cpu IDLES at 15-18c (57F-64F) normally. If I am not on it, it will get as low as 14c. Gameplay or high demand, about 25-26C. I am on a stock CPU cooler. My computer has no upgrades besides the fan and artic silver 5 thermal paste. Highest I have ever seen my CPU get is 31c.

My only complaint is that the fan did not come with the correct plug. They supplied the plug, but did NOT include the pins to connect it. So I had to order the pins online. The fan works great, but I feel the ad was a bit misleading in that you cannot just quickly use the fan when you get it and have to crimp your own terminals on the fan when you get it.

I'm doing a six core and two graphic cards in one case. I knew that two graphic cards was gonna put out a lot of heat, so I was looking for this type of fan. I remembered my grandfather had a fan of this type of designed and how quite it was, but how the fan put out a lot of air.

You have to wire this for a normal motherboard, but the ends are provided from the company selling it. I've positioned this to shoot air at the back panel of my case. It is attached to the removable side panel opposite the MB. Because it puts out air at such a high velocity, it's bouncing off the back panel and flowing through the video cards.

This fan mixed with only one other less powerful 80mm that I placed at the top back as an exit fan for the heat that rises and the heat of the processor memory.

My temps under load are mid 50's for all items.
