We were very excited to find this item (Microsoft XBox 360 Elite AC Power Adapter) on Amazon as we could not find it in Australia. Everything went well, until we plugged it in. It did not work. I made contact with the seller and he was very kind and tried to help. However, the problem was the difference in voltage between USA and Australia. I think the Adapter may have been damaged while trying it.
My suggestion would be to have a warning note re difference in voltage when sending something overseas. I would have bought a power adapter before trying it.

at first they sent me the right power block with the wrong cord but after an email to the company they sent the rightcord asap and i had it within two days. im very happy with the service provided.

I bought this Power Adapter after reading reviews. I was mostly concerned with the price and whether or not it worked. I read something about it not being authentic and honestly I could care less. It works perfect and it was cheap. I'm very happy!

Bought this thing a few days ago, and lo and behold plugged it in...red light. It went straight to fault. I flipped it over and compared it to another power brick I have and realized that this thing isn't even a Microsoft item. I'm not getting another one of these things.

I recently acquired one of the older xbox360 models that needed this sort of power brick, as the one on my other xbox 360 didn't fit it properly. I bought this for real cheap, and I have been using the crap out of it without the slightest problem. I guess I am even bothering to write this to say thank you to the seller for being straight on, AND for throwing in the A/V cables that weren't even advertised with it. Thank you, and shop from this guy with confidence.
