Do yourself a favor and do not buy from them, they send defective products. Mine arrived late and I plugged it in and nothing. Glad they check them before they sell them. And this is not new either, they are used. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered this product a month ago when I recieved it the male portion of the plugs had two prongs the female portion had three prongs. Now when I plugged it in it did't work, when I requested to return it the company that issued me this product told me not to worry keep the old one and we will send you another one well safe to say it's been over a month now and I still haven't recieved the product so therefore I have found other sites to order my products from.

I'm a soldier in Iraq and I bought 3 of these, one for use and 2 more extras just in case of surges. None of them work now. Two didn't work when I plugged them in for the first time after being in my footlocker and the one I did use broke suddenly after being plugged into a surge protector. I do NOT recommend this product at all. Buy the one that microsoft makes to avoid any problems.

I bought it since it said Guaranteed 100% authentic XBOX 360 adapter. If it is authentic why do they remove the sticker? I do not think it even has an UL sticker on it. I wish I would have bought the real thing to be safe. It does work but not sure for how long.

This xbox power brick lasted me a little over two weeks before I experienced the same problem I had which made me come to this dealer. It took two weeks to arrive even with expedited shipping which I paid extra for because I thought it would be faster and it took a little over two weeks to malfunction again. Thanks for nothing. Worst $25 I ever spent. I'm going to radioshack to pick another new one up... You shouldn't buy yours from here, they aren't reliable.
