Expensive, but necessaryJan 07, 2010

Our old JetDirect card for an HP wide-format printer had died. This was an easy drop-in replacement. Unscrew old card, remove it, plug this one in, and tighten the screws. Took longer for the printer to power on than to install it. There were certainly better prices than Amazon's, but most of those on-line stores had bad reviews, making me quite leery of their business practices. At least I know that Amazon wouldn't give me a run-around or do a bait-and-switch.
