I ordered these headphones in October based mostly on my girlfriend thinking they looked great, which they do! If you're buying these because they look cool, and that's all you care about, then you're all set.
As far as sound goes, they are bass-heavy, on-ear headphones. They can get a little uncomfortable, but after stretching out the band a bit I found the pressure on my ears to be quite manageable. I own a couple other pairs of headphones: Audio-Technica AD900s and Sony MDR-V6s. Obviously these are not in the same price category as the Audio-Technicas, which outperform them in all areas. They are roughly the same price as the Sony's, which are known for being a great value headphone, and the Sony's do sound better. In particular, the bass on the Eskuches is overpowering, and the soundstage is rather small. Mids and highs are muddy and unclear. The Sony's are better balanced. Overall, the sound is about what I would expect from low-range consumer headphones. These are image-conscious headphones, and it's clear that the best sound was not their priority.
The build quality on these headphones is disappointing. The band is padded metal and feels strong, however, the headphone cups are plastic with a gold treatment on top. This is OK, since all-metal construction can be heavy and out of this price range, but the gold treatment showed some pitting on my headphones, making them look worn and cheap. Furthermore, after only 2 months of use, the headphone jack failed, and sound only comes out of one channel. This happens to a lot of headphones, but I think it's reasonable to expect a life of longer than 2 months for the price. I'm in the process of getting them repaired now.
Overall, these headphones look great, sound OK, and have questionable build quality. If I were buying again, I'd look for something else that looks cool and is more functional.

These headphones are awesome. They look super cool and they sound great. Buy them. I would buy another pair in a second if I needed them.
