 Wonderful sound but tempermental!!Jun 19, 2011

When I spend this much money on a product, I expect it to work for a long time - especially if I am careful with it and treat it well. While I did get a few good years out of the dock, it is now out of warranty and malfunctioning. Again, I stress that I have used it carefully, gently even, and according to all instructions. For the past 6+ months the dock would intermittently fail to play sound. Now that silence has become permanent, and all this sound dock is now is an expensive iPod charger. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of spending the extra money for BOSE? After frustration and a little googling, I've discovered I'm not alone with this problem. So just be cautioned, the dock is wonderful while it works and annoying once it stops for no apparent reason.

Bose sound dock system is excitement from unpackaging until every use. Sound quality is surprising, even at high volume levels. It's the best sound system I've ever bought, if all Bose products are of this same quality, I can't wait to buy more products from this fine company.

I purchased this as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it! we leave it on 24-7, its great to walk into the house to some music that sounds live. the sound is clear and crisp. i highly recommend this product!

I've already ordered this item since 8/8/11. Today is 9/9/11, I still haven't seen any item send to me.
The service is so bad!! I asked them many times. They just start sending to me on 9/2/11. Anyway, it still haven't arrived!!!
